If you are too busy or don’t want a mess on your balloon counter, we can do some of the work for you. For just 16.5¢ per balloon, simply pick a ribbon color , sit back and relax. Or if you want, we can pre cut the ribbon for you and you can attach them yourself. Choose from five ribbon colors and buy a 100 count bag of pre cut ribbons for $7.95. Just another way we can help.
