Harnel now carries preinflated 9″ and 4.5″ Mylar balloons. We fill them with air, (they don’t float with helium) and heat seal them. Then we put them in a box with a plastic cup and straw, so they are ready to sell right out of the box. These are popular with children,who play with them for a long time, as they are very durable, and you don’t have to worry about them deflating like helium filled balloons. Adults like them too, especially around Valentine’s day as an addition to a gift. Also excellent in dressing up flower arrangements or craft projects. They come 24 balloons per box and are sold in various assortments including birthday, assorted occasions, love, solid colors, smiley faces, and non message .
